JETBAY JET Card Programme Terms and Conditions

(Updated as of 21 March 2025)

These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the JETBAY JET Card Programme (“JET Card Programme”) offered by Jetbay Air Charter Services Pte. Ltd. (“JETBAY”), a company incorporated in Singapore (UEN: 202224765K) with its registered office at 180 Cecil St, #16-01 Bangkok Bank Building, Singapore 069546.

By purchasing or using the JETBAY JET Card (“JET Card”), you (“customer”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

1. Introduction and Eligibility

1.1 Purpose

The JET Card Programme provides convenient, pre-purchased flight hours for travellers seeking reliable private charter solutions worldwide.

1.2 Who Can Join

The JET Card is offered exclusively to direct retail customers. It is not available for brokers, travel agencies, or other third-party intermediaries.

1.3 No Overlap with Other Promotions

JET Card usage cannot be combined with other JETBAY programmes (e.g. Travel Credits or Referral Programmes). Flights booked under the JET Card do not generate Travel Credits or referral fees.

2. JET Card Options and Validity

2.1 Card Tiers

JETBAY may offer different JET Card tiers (e.g. 10, 25, or 50 hours), each at a set rate. Pricing is subject to change; the published rate at the time of purchase applies.

2.2 Three-Year Validity

Each JET Card is valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase. Any unused hours expire at the end of three years, with no automatic extension.

2.3 Transfer and Use

• The purchaser is not required to be a passenger on each flight.

• JET Cards are non-transferable without prior written consent from JETBAY.

3. Operating Regions and Aircraft

3.1 Global Coverage

Your JET Card can be used for flights in 180+ countries and regions worldwide. Areas subject to war, sanctions, or conflict may be excluded for safety and compliance reasons.

3.2 Aircraft Availability

JETBAY strives to provide medium- to large-sized aircraft (usually 10+ seats) for each flight. In the event of airport restrictions, aircraft malfunctions, or other circumstances, JETBAY may supply an alternative aircraft of similar standards.

3.3 No Repositioning Fees

Most JET Card tiers do not charge repositioning (ferry) time. Only your actual, passenger-carrying flight hours count against your balance.

. Using Your JET Card

4.1 Booking Requests

• Submit flight requests at least 48 hours before departure. Some routes or airports may require longer lead times due to local regulations or special permits.

• Confirm your request through your JETBAY account manager or the official JETBAY email channel.

4.2 Flight Hour Calculation

• Hours are deducted from “block out” (when the aircraft begins taxi) to “block in” (when it stops at the final destination).

• JETBAY will confirm the hours deducted after each flight and advise you of your remaining balance.

4.3 Minimum Hours

Daily Minimum: Two (2) hours per day.

Single-Leg Minimum: One and a half (1.5) hours per flight leg.

Any usage below these thresholds is rounded up accordingly.

4.4 Insufficient Hours for Final Trip

• If your final itinerary requires more hours than remain on your JET Card, you may simply top up by paying the difference at the prevailing hourly rate to complete your journey.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

5.1 Standard (Non-Holiday) Cancellations

If neither the departure nor destination includes a public holiday (±2 days), the following schedule applies to a confirmed flight itinerary:

5.3 Operational Disruptions / Force Majeure

• Should force majeure events (e.g. war, natural disasters) prevent flight operations, JETBAY may alter routes or cancel. No hours are deducted if no flight occurs.

• If an aircraft becomes unavailable (AOG), JETBAY will make best efforts to secure an alternative. If none is available, you can arrange other travel at your own expense, and no JET Card hours will be used.

5.4 Refund Policy

• JET Cards are generally non-refundable once purchased.

• For partial cancellations, fees are deducted from your remaining hours (or invoiced if hours are insufficient).

6. Schedule Changes

6.1 Change Requests

You can request a schedule change in writing (email). Approval depends on aircraft availability and local regulations.

6.2 Change Fees

48+ hours before departure: No charge.

Within 48 hours:

• First change is free.

• Each additional change costs USD $2,000.

• JETBAY may decline schedule changes it cannot reasonably accommodate.

7. Exclusions and Additional Costs

7.1 Airport and Handling Fees

• Airport VIP lounge fees in excess of base allowances are billed at local rates.

• De-icing or snow removal costs during passenger flights are charged as incurred.

7.2 Damage or Cleaning Costs

• If passengers smoke onboard, bring pets without proper arrangements, or otherwise damage/soil the aircraft, you will be billed for actual cleaning and repair expenses.

7.3 Taxes and Third-Party Services

• You are responsible for any applicable government taxes, duties, or fees.

• Ground transport, premium catering, or other optional services are charged separately.

8. Liability and Indemnification

8.3 Dispute Resolution

Disputes should first be resolved amicably. If unresolved, they may be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in Singapore (or another agreed forum).
